Duties

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients attending the dealership
  • Managing service appointments and work schedules efficiently
  • Offering technical explanations and updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs and servicing
  • Building long-term relationships to ensure customer retention
  • Achieving sales targets related to service upselling and additional repairs
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
