Vehicle Technician Opportunity in Warwick
  • Basic: Up to £37,500
  • OTE: Up to £45,500
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays 
I am working with a well-established independent VAG specialist in the Warwick area who is looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician to their growing workshop. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team with a strong reputation for quality workmanship. The business offers a supportive working environment, modern equipment and a rewarding bonus structure, with monthly bonuses historically equating to around £8,000 per year.

What you'll be doing:
  • Carrying out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Completing brake, suspension and tyre repairs.
  • Undertaking MOT preparation work and MOT testing (if qualified).
  • Performing repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
  • Working as part of a busy workshop to deliver excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  • VAG experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • Confident carrying out diagnostics and fault finding.
  • MOT Tester licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
