- Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs on trailers and trucks, including welding, panel replacement, straightening, and finishing

- Collaborating with the team to maintain the fleet’s appearance and functionality
- Ensuring all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate repair records and reporting on work progress
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience as a Welder Fabricator, PCV Technician, HGV Technician, Panel Beater, or Coach Builder
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership
- Mechanical experience with trucks, HGVs, or similar vehicles
- Ability to work well within a team and follow safety procedures
- Good attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of pride in your work
