Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join their busy dealership in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to progress their career within a reputable dealership known for its supportive environment and commitment to staff development. The successful Service Advisor will have the chance to earn a competitive basic salary along with performance-related bonus potential, all while working within a friendly and professional team.

  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum with an OTE of approximately £40,000

  • Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday - No Sats

  • Work within a modern dealership with a central location in Worthing
Duties: 
  • Meeting and greeting customers efficiently, establishing their requirements as a Service Advisor
  • Booking in vehicles and preparing accurate job cards using the dealership’s DMS system (Pinnacle)
  • Upselling additional services such as warranties and extended warranties to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Managing warranty claims and ensuring timely service delivery
  • Maintaining excellent customer communication and offering advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
  • Working closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth flow of work and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • A Keen interest within the automotive trade - Trainee Salary circa £28,000 Basic
  • Knowledge of dealership systems including Pinnacle is advantageous
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with a professional approach
  • Ability to upsell services confidently and effectively
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills
