We are currently seeking a dedicated HGV/LCV Workshop Collection and Delivery Driver on behalf of our client based in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking to advance their career within a professional automotive environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient collection and delivery services, supporting the overall operations of the workshop.

Duties

Collection and delivery of HGV and LCV vehicles to and from the workshop and client locations
Ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and in accordance with health and safety regulations
Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries
Conducting vehicle inspections prior to and following transport operations
Liaising with workshop staff and management to coordinate schedules effectively

Requirements

Valid HGV or LCV driving licence
Proven experience as a HGV or LCV driver, ideally within a workshop or fleet operation
Good understanding of UK road regulations and safety standards
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
