We are currently seeking a dedicated HGV/LCV Workshop Collection and Delivery Driver on behalf of our client based in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking to advance their career within a professional automotive environment. The successful individual will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient collection and delivery services, supporting the overall operations of the workshop.

Duties:
  • Collection and delivery of HGV and LCV vehicles to and from the workshop and client locations
  • Ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries
  • Conducting vehicle inspections prior to and following transport operations
  • Liaising with workshop staff and management to coordinate schedules effectively
Requirements:
  • Valid HGV or LCV driving licence
  • Proven experience as a HGV or LCV driver, ideally within a workshop or fleet operation
  • Good understanding of UK road regulations and safety standards
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
