Senior Customer Service Advisor Opportunity in Sutton, Surrey 
  • Monday to Friday only
  • Basic Salary up to £36K DOE 
  • Busy and well-established Bodyshop
Are you an experienced automotive professional seeking a rewarding career opportunity in Sutton, Surrey? We are recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor on behalf of a busy, well-established Bodyshop. This role offers the chance to lead customer service operations within a fast-paced crash repair environment, playing a key part in delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty.

Duties:
  • Lead and motivate the service reception team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build rapport with customers, assessing their needs and managing expectations
  • Liaise effectively with insurance companies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage workflow, ensuring repairs and claims progress smoothly and efficiently
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide updates throughout vehicle repairs
  • Uphold high standards of customer service to promote loyalty and referrals
  • Work closely with workshop managers and other departments to meet targets
  • Support business development initiatives, including upselling and new contract acquisition
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
  • Bodyshop or accident repair experience is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of automotive DMS systems (AutoFlow preferred)
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
