We are recruiting for a highly skilled Technician to join our client's reputable automotive workshop in Clacton, Essex. This Technician role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a busy, well-established team, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £38,610 to £44,460 per annum
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Workshop open for early starts from 7 am for added flexibility
  • Pay rate ranging from £16.50 to £19 per hour, commensurate with experience
Duties: 
  • Conducting minor servicing and general vehicle maintenance
  • Complete clutch replacements, cambelts, and timing chain work
  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle faults
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within the workshop
  • Keeping detailed records of work carried out and parts used
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technician in a busy automotive workshop
  • Ability to undertake a wide range of repairs from basic to complex jobs
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A commitment to excellent customer service and workshop standards
