We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join a well-established dealership in Truro, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a strong sales team and drive dealership success.

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
OTE around £62,000 annually

Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week

Duties

Oversee and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and dealership targets
Manage daily sales operations, ensuring high standards of customer service
Develop sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales executives and apprentices
Report sales performance and progress to management regularly
Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Professional within the motor trade or a similar automotive sales environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
Full UK driving licence
