We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable team within the automotive industry in Horley, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career and work with a well-established employer committed to staff satisfaction and growth.

Benefits: 
  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum
  • Potential on-target earnings (OTE) of up to £45,000
  • Profit sharing scheme offering additional commission between £200 and £600 per month
  • Working hours Monday to Friday with every other Saturday mornings

Duties:
  • Conducting vehicle diagnostics and repairs to an exceptional standard
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Performing routine maintenance such as cambelts, clutches, and other mechanical repairs
  • Assisting senior technicians with vehicle inspections
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and customer communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Skills in diagnosing and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles (desirable)
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant industry certifications or qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and perform a range of mechanical tasks
