Garage Manager / Branch Manager Required in Kingston Upon Thames
Pay: £40,000 + £10k Bonuses
Hours: 48 Hours per week over Monday - Saturday 

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Garage Manager / Branch Manager to lead their Kingston upon Thames automotive site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a well-established car garage network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve and surpass branch targets
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, representing the company brand professionally
  • Manage daily operations to maximise profitability and efficiency
  • Oversee workflow, stock control, and financial transactions ensuring security and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment that adheres to company standards
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and promote repeat business
  • Coordinate staff activities and provide support to ensure operational excellence
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Garage Manager, Autocentre Manager, or similar leadership role in a fast-fit or automotive environment
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent service skills
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and workshop management
  • Ability to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and lead by example
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to succeed
