We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive dealership located in Grays, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to develop their career within a reputable team, providing outstanding customer service and supporting dealership operations.
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £27,000 per annum
- On-target earnings of up to £38,000 per year
- Monthly bonus based on labour sales and service plans
- Quarterly bonus related to CSI performance
- Drive CDK, ADB, and Keyloop systems for efficient workshop management

- Additional earnings of £15 per service plan as part of CSI incentives
- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service needs
- Manage service scheduling and liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Upsell service plans and additional repairs where appropriate
- Maximise sales through effective customer engagement and product promotion
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service details
- Drive customer satisfaction scores and ensure high levels of service quality
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer protocols and workshop procedures
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership management systems such as CDK, ADB, or Keyloop
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Organised, professional, and motivated to succeed
