  • Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum plus bonuses up to a maximum of £10,000 per annum (£4,800 per annum for target achievement).
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:00am-1:00pm.

Our client, a franchise-approved car dealer group with multiple dealerships across South Wales, is currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to join one of their sites in Ton Pentre.
 
Reporting to the Service Director and responsible for a team of 3 Vehicle Technicians and a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.

To be eligible, you will ideally have recent or current experience working as a Service Manager within a franchise-approved car dealership; however, our client is also willing to consider individuals with a strong track record in an Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller role who are looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician would be highly advantageous; however is non-essential.

  • Starting salary up to £37,500 per annum pending experience and current earnings.
  • Generous monthly performance-related bonus scheme of up to £4,800 per annum, with stretch bonuses taking this to £10,000 per annum.

  • 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays. This will increase to 23, 24, then 25 days after 1, 3 and 5 years of service.
