We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join a reputable automotive parts team in Exeter, Devon. This exciting role offers the opportunity to become a key part of a dynamic business committed to growth and excellence in the motor trade industry.

Duties

Handling outbound and inbound calls daily to provide excellent customer service
Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business
Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock and availability meet customer demands
Building strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and identifying sales opportunities

Requirements

Previous experience working within motor trade parts sales
Strong telephone communication skills and a persistent sales approach
Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a proactive attitude towards customer engagement
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet demanding targets
Ability to work flexible hours between 8am and 6pm 42 hours a week, including some Saturdays mornings on a rota basis
