  • Basic: £40,000 – £50,000+ DOE
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–12:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Coach Builder to join a highly skilled and specialist team based in Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a limited series of bespoke sports cars, where traditional craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality are prioritised over production-line speed. You will be working within a purpose-built workshop alongside a small team of skilled automotive artisans.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Hand-building bespoke sports cars to an exceptionally high standard
  • Traditional aluminium coachbuilding and body panel fabrication
  • Hand-forming and shaping aluminium panels using the English Wheel
  • Panel fabrication, metal finishing and preparation
  • Fitting and aligning body panels to precise standards
  • Working on low-volume vehicle manufacture and bespoke automotive projects
  • Producing high-quality work where craftsmanship and attention to detail are paramount
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Coach Builder
  • Strong traditional aluminium coachbuilding skills
  • Confident with panel fabrication, metal finishing and panel alignment
  • Experience within classic vehicle restoration or low-volume vehicle manufacture would be highly beneficial
  • A genuine passion for traditional automotive craftsmanship
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
