Join our client in North London as an Aftersales Manager in this exciting and rewarding opportunity. Our client is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their workshop operations, optimise team performance, and enhance customer satisfaction in a busy main dealer environment. If you have a strong background in dealership aftersales management and a desire to drive success, this role could be perfect for you.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £60,000 with an OTE of up to £90,000

  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm

Duties:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Aftersales department, including Service, Parts, and Workshop functions
  • Improve workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability to meet business targets
  • Motivate and develop a team of approximately 20 staff, including around 8 Technicians
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and implement strategies to optimise performance
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve departmental and commercial objectives
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, health and safety regulations, and dealership policies
  • Recruit, coach and develop staff to foster a positive, high-performing team culture
  • Oversee workshop loading, labour sales, parts performance, and departmental profitability
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a main dealership environment
  • Experience within a prestige dealership is highly desirable; however, strong individuals from other main dealer backgrounds will also be considered
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing successful teams
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to deliver strong financial results
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Organised with excellent communication and people management skills
