Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–12:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully experienced MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a highly skilled and specialist team in Worcestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a limited series of bespoke sports cars within a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop. Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are prioritised over production-line speed, making this an ideal role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work.

- Chassis fabrication and welding
- Manufacturing components to precise jig specifications
- Producing high-quality fabricated components for bespoke vehicles
- Working on low-volume vehicle manufacture and specialist automotive projects
- Maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and finish
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Welder / Fabricator
- Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
- Experience working with steel and aluminium
- Experience in chassis fabrication and welding
- Confident fabricating automotive components
- Ability to produce components accurately to jig specifications
- Low-volume vehicle manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial
