- Salary: £54,500 per annum (£21.00 per hour), with an increase upon successful completion of the 6-month probation period
- Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater who enjoys working independently, takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and is happy to travel across the North of England.
You will be supporting multiple accident repair centres across the region, including Lincoln, Wakefield, York, Blackburn, Stoke, Crewe, Rochdale, Stockport and Doncaster. A company EV will be provided for travelling between sites.

As a Mobile Panel Beater Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality accident repairs across the Northern sites, ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition and repaired in line with manufacturer and insurer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out panel repairs and replacements to a high standard.
- Completing MET repairs, including rebuilding doors, fitting front panels and replacing vehicle components.
- Welding and bonding replacement panels and components securely.
- Applying fillers and sealants to ensure surfaces are correctly prepared for painting.
- Working confidently with modern vehicles, including Hybrid and EV vehicles.
- Using all tools and equipment correctly and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following all company health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Completing repairs efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
- Maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship across all sites.
- Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider repair centre teams.
- What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within the automotive repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.
- Experience working on Hybrid and EV vehicles.
- Good MET skills and the ability to complete repairs from start to finish.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- A self-motivated and organised approach to your work.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively under pressure.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Northern sites.
