We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy automotive repair workshop in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.

Duties as a Paint Sprayer will include:
  • Preparing and applying paint to vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and quality standards
  • Ensuring a flawless finish by mixing and colour matching paints accurately
  • Inspecting vehicles prior to painting and assessing repair requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with team members and customers to keep them informed on progress
  • Ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality regulations
Requirements for this Paint Sprayer position:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, with a solid understanding of vehicle painting processes
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Painting and Refinishing
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
