- Preparing and applying paint to vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Ensuring a flawless finish by mixing and colour matching paints accurately
- Inspecting vehicles prior to painting and assessing repair requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards
- Collaborating with team members and customers to keep them informed on progress
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality regulations
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, with a solid understanding of vehicle painting processes
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Painting and Refinishing
- Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
