We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a thriving team at a busy workshop in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to develop their career within a reputable repair group.

As a Panel Beater, you will be an integral part of a highly skilled team working on a variety of high-tech and prestige vehicles, including OEM partner projects, LCV fleets, hybrids, and electric vehicles.

Duties as a Panel Beater will include:
  • Responsible for completing high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles, including prestige and hi-tech models
  • Accurately assess damage and prepare repairs ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards
  • Use a range of tools and techniques to repair or replace panels efficiently and safely
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold safety standards and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process
Requirements that the Panel Beater will need:
  • Qualified Panel Beater with NVQ / IMI Level 3 or equivalent time-served experience
  • Full UK/EU driving licence
  • Proven track record working on high-tech and prestige vehicle repairs is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
