Our Client is one of the largest automotive groups with the UK and internationally, with over 70 sites within the UK automotive market covering a variety of brands.
They are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician for their successful Service Department based in the Maidstone area. They recognise that a successful business is built around the quality and contentment of the its staff. They have a state of the art workshop which has benefited from recent development.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester with our Client:
  • Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester
  • Previous Automotive Repair Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualified of Equivalent
  • Level 2 Qualified Candidates will be considered under certain circumstances.
  • An Enthusiastic, Friendly and Approachable Personality  
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Quality awareness.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
