  • Basic: Up to £27,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established main dealer motorcycle business in Stratford-upon-Avon, representing some of the world's leading motorcycle brands. With a strong reputation for customer service across Sales, Servicing, Repairs, Parts and Accessories, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor with a genuine passion for motorcycles.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supplying motorcycle parts and accessories to customers and technicians
  • Processing parts orders and handling customer enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Maintaining accurate stock records
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the workshop with parts requirements
What we’re looking for:
  • Experienced Parts Advisor, ideally within the motorcycle or automotive industry
  • Genuine passion and knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle parts
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT and system skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a busy team
