Duties:
  • Provide professional and high-quality customer service while their vehicle is with the dealership
  • Track vehicle progress through the workshops and liaise with workshop and parts departments
  • Discuss additional work requirements and costs with customers
  • Schedule and record work efficiently, maintaining courteous communication
  • Support the aftersales team with administrative tasks including file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, and invoicing
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from arrival to vehicle pickup
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within automotive or a customer facing industry
  • Full driving licence is required
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of working well within a team
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
