This is a fantastic opportunity for an MET Technician who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and has the expertise, diligence, and attention to detail required to work to exceptionally high standards.
The successful MET Technician will have strong experience in stripping and refitting vehicles, with the ability to diagnose issues and communicate effectively with colleagues. Regular training and development will be provided to help you reach the highest level possible.

- Completing mechanical, electrical and trim strip and refit work
- Developing EV awareness and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements
- Diagnosing issues and communicating additional requirements to colleagues
- Advising the Bodyshop Advisor of any additional work required during the repair process
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to complete larger repairs and meet deadlines
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and accurate administration of work
- Previous experience as an MET Technician or similar role
- Experience working within a main dealership or accident repair centre, ideally with premium vehicle brands
- Strong mechanical, electrical and trim knowledge
- Proven ability to strip and refit vehicles to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to identify and report additional work
- Confidence using computer platforms and technical systems
- Previous accident repair experience and/or ATA qualification would be advantageous
- A willingness to develop your skills and technical knowledge
