We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful Aftersales team in Melton Mowbray.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a flexible PM-based role, working alongside an established Aftersales team within a well-established, family-owned automotive business.

- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing customer bookings and checking vehicles into the workshop
- Advising customers on recommended work and the appropriate course of action
- Preparing estimates for repair costs and timescales
- Maximising opportunities to upsell additional work through the vehicle health check process
- Preparing invoices and explaining completed work to customers
- Taking customer payments
- Quoting and selling service plans
- Completing vehicle handovers and follow-up customer contact
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels
- Working towards agreed targets and deadlines
- Supporting the wider Aftersales team where required
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-facing role
- Previous experience within the motor trade
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Confident using computer systems
- A motivated and professional approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full clean driving licence
