- Duties: Book Customer Vehicles In, Providing Progress Updates, Assisting Other Departments

- Manage workshop bookings for routine maintenance, MOTs and additional repairs to optimise workshop capacity
- Provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding their vehicle’s progress
- Assist with job card preparation and accurate invoicing for MOTs and repairs
- Support the Service Department by scanning job cards and maintaining vehicle service records
- Promote additional workshop services and repairs to maximise sales opportunities
- Order parts and sub-contract work to ensure efficient workflow
- Carry out post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain health and safety standards and adhere to company policies
- Assist with general administration including filing and processing paperwork
- Support the team with any additional tasks required to maintain smooth workshop operation
- Proven organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to interpret customer and internal instructions accurately
- Technical understanding of automotive repair processes (experience with HGV or Commercial Vehicles advantageous)
- Proactive attitude with a positive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle servicing
