Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £48,000 to £52,000 per year + Overtime
- Monday to Friday working hours from 7am to 5pm
- One in three Saturdays as required, offering flexibility and additional income
- Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned and primed
- Apply paint and finishing coats to a variety of automotive vehicles in accordance with specifications
- Use spray guns, masking techniques, and other tools efficiently to achieve high-quality results
- Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation to ensure a safe working environment
- Support the bodyshop team with additional tasks as required to meet workshop targets
- Previous experience as an Automotive Bodyshop Prepper / Painter or similar role within a busy bodyshop
- Knowledge of modern paint spraying techniques and materials
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- A strong attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of finish
- Reliable and committed to delivering quality work in a timely manner
