Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
  • Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 basic | £48,000 OTE (Depending on Experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Our client, a well-established main dealership in Worcester, is expanding their team and looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected brand in a modern environment that values training, progression, and quality workmanship.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in the service team, carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Diagnosing vehicle faults and identifying solutions efficiently.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within set timeframes.
  • Supporting workshop colleagues and assisting with complex repairs when required.
  • Completing all job cards and reports to a high standard.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
About You:
  • Qualified to NVQ/IMI Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Proven experience working within a main dealer or quality independent workshop.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points.
  • MOT licence, hybrid/electric vehicle qualification, or VAG brand experience would be advantageous but not essential.
