Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bodyshop Advisor / Estimator to join their team in Maidstone, Kent. - Uncapped earning potential with OTE up to £42,000 per annum
- Competitive basic salary between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time role with 42 hours weekly from Mon - Thurs - 08:00 - 17:00 with Fridays 08:00 – 16:30

- Deal with incoming customer and insurance enquiries, making appropriate bookings and appointments
- Communicate regularly with customers on repair progress and additional work required
- Provide accurate estimates, upsell bodywork and wheel repair services where appropriate
- Process invoices and ensure payments are received in full prior to vehicle collection
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and process adherence
- Manage customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure swift resolutions
- Maintain accurate records and update the dealership’s database consistently
- Assist in managing customer relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive or bodyshop sector is desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle enquiries professionally and with attention to detail
- Full driving licence with a clean driving record
- Organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimates (preferred but not essential)
