Duties as a Paint Sprayer will include:
  • Prepare vehicles by priming, masking, and ensuring surfaces are ready for painting
  • Apply high-quality paint layers using industry-standard techniques
  • Match paint colours accurately to factory standards
  • Ensure painted vehicles meet quality standards and inspection criteria
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work environment to promote efficiency
  • Work collaboratively within a team to meet demanding deadlines
  • Carefully inspect finished work and perform polishing as required
  • Adhere to safety regulations and use PPE and RPE appropriately at all times
Requirements that the Paint Sprayer will need:
  • At least three years of hands-on vehicle painting experience within a professional automotive repair environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive paint processes and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within target-driven settings
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours with a positive attitude and reliability
