We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's reputable dealership in Southend, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career within a busy, customer-focused environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary from £32,000 depending on experience
  • Realistic OTE up to £60,000 including bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working hours with 1in4 Saturday mornings

Duties:
  • Carrying out diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a variety of vehicles
  • Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and quality guidelines
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding vehicle findings and work required
  • Keeping accurate records of work completed and parts used
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new team members and supporting team objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Full relevant professional qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid UK driving licence
