We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of our client in Chelmsford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to join a well-established dealership and advance their careers within the automotive industry.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,500 plus bonuses
  • Monday to Thursday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for service customers
  • Booking in vehicles and managing customer appointments efficiently
  • Advising clients on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and warranty options
  • Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained throughout the service process
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
