Vehicle Technician Needed For Main Dealer
  • Location: Evesham
  • Salary: Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on skills & experience
  • OTE: £41,000
  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, as well as working 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
My Client, a premium main dealership, is looking for a vehicle technician to join their ever growing team. They are a leading main dealer group with great benefits.

Roles and responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out routine vehicle service and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear and documenting all findings. You will also test potentially faulty parts, diagnosing any issues and resolving faults.
  • Supporting the internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars or loan vehicles.
  • Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge. Providing the training you need to progress your career further, in one of our industry leading workshops with the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious vehicle brands.
What's required from you as a Vehicle Technician:
  • IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Strong experience working within a workshop environment
  • Extensive knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
  • Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Committed individual and a good team player
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a busy dealership environment
  • Motivated to work towards team targets
  • individuals with an MOT licence, experience in hybrid vehicle technology, and experience with VAG vehicles preferred but not essential
