  • Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, pending experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme providing on-target earnings of £35,000 per annum. 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays AM.

Our client, a large franchise-approved car dealership located in Bath, requires a Vehicle Parts Supervisor to join their busy parts department.

Reporting to the Group Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Vehicle Parts Supervisor, you shall be responsible for dealing with trade and retail customers regarding car parts inquiries both over the phone, online, and face-to-face, whilst ensuring that all parts orders are accurately identified, promptly picked and dispatched. You will also be responsible for carrying out parts stock control, supplying parts to our client’s team of Vehicle Technicians in the workshop, and supervising the other Vehicle Parts Advisors within the Department. 

To be eligible, you will need to hold multiple years of automotive parts experience (doesn't have to be at a supervisory level, but this is preferred), ideally working within a franchise-approved car dealership. Our client is also very interested in individuals from a motor factor background. You will also need to be IT literate, given that you will work daily with a dealer management and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving licence with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
