Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team, as an Aftersales Specialist, you will be responsible for endorsing our client's aftersales service while providing the highest level of customer service. Your passion for motorcycles and your ability to connect with customers will contribute to growing their customer base and enhancing the reputation of the world-class brands they represent. In addition, you will play a key role in selling clothing and merchandise, ensuring that customers have access to the latest gear and accessories that complement their motorcycles. You will ensure the workshop and customers’ needs and requirements for parts are met by maintaining stock levels against delivery notes and storing parts in the correct places. You will also pre-pick parts for the workshop to ensure a smooth flow of jobs, process payments and invoices for customers, and manage walk-in customers to a high standard, exceeding their expectations.
To be eligible, you will need to have proven experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on high-end motorcycles and brands. Strong organisational skills and a track record of achieving targets, particularly in automotive aftersales, are essential. Exceptional team and communication skills are a must. A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable, but is non-essential provided you have an active passion for all things two-wheeled.
