We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician and / or MOT Tester to join our client's reputable dealership in Christchurch, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work within a well-established team, offering a supportive environment with competitive pay and clear career progression.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of around £35,000 with additional earnings potential up to £45,000 including bonuses
  • Monday - Friday working week 42 Hours

Duties:
  • Carry out MOT testing in accordance with the latest legislation and manufacturer standards
  • Conduct vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within the required timeframes
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
  • Assist with daily workshop operations and maintain workshop standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate repairs clearly to customers
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driving licence
