We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Panel Beater to join our client's team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work within a dynamic automotive environment, travelling across various sites in the South while delivering top-quality vehicle repairs.

Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £21-23 per hour, with earnings up to £59,800 per annum based on experience and qualifications
  • Established career progression with an increase on successful completion of probation
  • Operating hours from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Company vehicle provided, including EV options
  • Travel across multiple locations varying across Poole to Shoreham by sea. 
Duties:
  • Repair and restore vehicle panels on a variety of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models
  • Utilize appropriate techniques and tools to ensure high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation for each repair
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair setting
  • Confidence in repairing hybrid and electric vehicles
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high workloads
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a collaborative attitude
