We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership in Newcastle. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Perform routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
  • Liaise with the service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate service records and ensure repairs are carried out to manufacturer standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry standards
  • Assist in diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify vehicle issues effectively
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
  • Self-motivated with a high standard of workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Previous experience working with a recognised brand is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training will be provided
