We are seeking a professional and dedicated Service Advisor to join our client's team in Micheldever, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to take their career to the next level with a reputable dealership.

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
  • Providing accurate and clear advice on service work and associated costs
  • Preparing and managing job cards and service schedules
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Up-selling additional services and products where appropriate
  • Communicating effectively with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle repairs
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
  • A professional approach and strong organisational skills
