Duties:
  • Oversee parts department operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and supervise parts department staff, providing guidance and support
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ordering to meet workshop requirements
  • Provide professional advice to customers and internal departments
  • Ensure stockroom organisation and cleanliness
  • Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets and service goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with the willingness to develop and learn
