We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our valued client’s team in Grays, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated automotive professional to develop their career within a reputable workshop environment. The Panel Beater role offers a competitive salary and a supportive working environment, ideal for those looking to showcase their expertise in vehicle body repairs.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £19 - £22 per hour, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working schedule, 7am - 4:30pm

Duties:
  • Carrying out a range of vehicle panel repairs to a high standard
  • Welding, filling, and preparing vehicles for refinishing
  • Working efficiently within allocated timeframes to meet workshop targets
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater with a strong understanding of automotive body repairs
  • Skilled in welding, dent removal, and panel straightening
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
