Vehicle Technician Vacancy in Oldham for a VAG Specialist
  • Location: Oldham
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience & skill level
  • Higher Rates Available for Accredited VAG Technicians
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong experience working on Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Škoda vehicles who is looking to join a specialist team and develop their career further.

The Role:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs across a range of VAG vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete routine servicing and MOT-related repairs to a high standard.
  • Work efficiently to meet workshop targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.
  • Accurately complete job cards and maintain detailed records of work carried out.
  • Keep up to date with VAG-specific technology, systems and repair procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experienced Vehicle Technician with strong VAG experience.
  • Confident working on Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and/or Škoda vehicles.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Relevant automotive qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, are preferred.
  • VAG-accredited technicians are particularly encouraged to apply and will be rewarded with a higher rate of pay.
  • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
Salary & Benefits: 
  • Up to £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience and skill level.
