An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a busy dealership in Exeter, Devon. This role offers a chance to lead and support a growing aftersales department, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 with a potential OTE of £40,000
Working hours from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties

Oversee the service advisors and manage the day-to-day running of the aftersales department
Provide leadership and support to the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist in achieving departmental targets and improving service processes
Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to promote repeat business
Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures

Requirements

Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager is essential
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Strong organisational and communication skills
A good understanding of the UK automotive industry and aftersales operations
Driven and customer-focused mindset
