An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Burton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician looking to join a supportive team, develop their technical skills and progress their career while working across a range of established automotive brands.   • Salary: £32,500 - £36,500 basic depending on experience | £38,500 - £42,500 OTE
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 – 42.5 hours
  • Brands: Vauxhall / Peugeot / BYD

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
  • Complete thorough vehicle health checks
  • Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy and completed to a high standard
  • Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity and quality targets
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively as part of a busy workshop team
About You:
  • Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' practical workshop experience
  • Previous main dealer experience is advantageous
  • MOT Licence desirable but not essential
  • Good mechanical and basic diagnostic skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
