A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly skilled Technician to join an established and growing automotive business in Warwickshire. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing the company's stock of around 75 vehicles, with occasional customer servicing work. You will be the sole technician within the workshop, so the role would suit someone confident, experienced and comfortable managing their own workload and working unsupervised, with outsourced specialist support available when required.
  • Location: Nuneaton 
  • Basic: £40,000 Flexible DOE
  • OTE: £45,000+
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

What you'll be doing:
  • Preparing vehicles to a high standard ready for sale.
  • Carrying out a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Working on wiring, clutches, brakes, suspension and infotainment systems.
  • Completing more involved repairs including seat changes, head gaskets and timing belts.
  • Carrying out servicing, inspections and general vehicle maintenance.
  • Diagnosing faults and deciding on the appropriate repair.
  • Managing your own workload and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
What we're looking for:
  • Experienced and highly skilled Vehicle Technician.
  • Confident carrying out a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
  • Able to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Hard-working, reliable and responsible.
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and can manage their own workload effectively.
  • Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
