Pay: £32 Basic - £38k uncapped OTE
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join a reputable franchise dealership in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to advance their career within a busy and well-established Main dealer service centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships
- Selling and upselling additional services and repairs
- Ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and to a high standard
- Advising customers on required repairs and maintaining clear communication
- Achieving individual and team sales targets to maximise workshop revenue
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within a motor trade environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of various car brands (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service
