Parts Advisor Required for Car Dealership in Farnham
  • Pay: Basic - £27,500 with £36,500 OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our clients team at a busy car dealership in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to develop their career within the automotive industry. The successful individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional parts service, supporting the workshop, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duties:
  • Serving parts to the workshop team efficiently and accurately
  • Handling customer enquiries, including local garages and trade customers
  • Managing parts stock levels and restocking tyres, ensuring smooth supply chain flow
  • Processing daily parts deliveries and checking in parts
  • Preparing pre-picks for the service team and dealing with internal and external customer interactions
  • Supporting the workshop with timely parts supply to meet repair schedules
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation and initiative in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Full driving license is essential due to location and mobility requirements
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to work
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS systems is preferred but not essential
