Are you an experienced Senior Service Advisor looking to join a highly reputable dealership that specialises in classic, sports, and performance vehicles? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Service Advisor to manage the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and a smooth operation for the workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about the automotive industry and possess a strong background in premium or performance vehicle servicing.

Benefits:
  • £35,000 basic salary with an uncapped OTE of £40,000+
  • Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm + 1in6 Saturdays 9am - 3pm

Duties:
  • Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and workshop appointments from initial contact through to vehicle collection
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the repair or service process
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for servicing, repairs, and additional work
  • Liaise with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and communicate technical information effectively to customers
  • Obtain authorisation for additional work and update customers regularly on progress and costs
  • Coordinate workshop schedules to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales
  • Review technician reports and ensure all work is accurately documented and invoiced
  • Liaise with parts departments to ensure all required components are available on time
  • Oversee vehicle collection and delivery logistics, maintaining high standards of service
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers, identifying additional opportunities for maintenance or upgrades
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector
  • Preference for individuals experienced with premium, classic, or performance vehicles
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritise effectively
  • Knowledge of workshop management systems and computer literacy
  • Genuine passion for classic, sports, and high-performance cars
