We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, family-run dealership based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to develop their career within a well-established business that prides itself on exceptional customer service and recognised industry awards.

What's on Offer?
  • Competitive salary with an OTE of £47,000
  • Monthly bonus of £500
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics efficiently and accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
  • Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used
  • Follow health and safety procedures within the workshop environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workshop operation
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop
  • Relevant technical qualifications in vehicle repairs and diagnostics
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A full UK driving license
