We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Camden, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong customer service skills and automotive industry experience to develop their career within a reputable dealership environment.

Benefits: 
  • Competitive salary package of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Optional Saturday work, paid as overtime
  • Onsite parking facilities
Duties:
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling vehicle service enquiries
  • Booking in vehicles for service and repair appointments
  • Advising customers on required mechanical work and costs
  • Ensuring efficient communication between customers and workshop teams
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and service records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive services and manufacturer standards
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
